Roland Moret is the newest designer to join the Armi list
With
only a couple of days until The Academy Awards, I want to introduce an exciting
new player this award season. Armarium with
their tagline #JointheArmi, is a online company that rents a curated collection
of statement, luxury ready-to-wear pieces and accessories for any event (and
we are not talking Rent The Runway) with an array of stylists on hand to help
style the looks. They have been gaining momentum over the past couple of years
and this season they popped-up on the infamous Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles in
January. The Armi has stayed through the entire award season which ends with
the Oscars.
Co-founder
Trisha Gregory says, "We are excited to be in Los Angeles during this
very busy and socially active Award Season, to service our clients attending
the many events during this time. We are introducing clients to new
trends and designers with our collections to take them to the red carpet or a
dinner party they're hosting."
What
fun it would be to know who Armarium is dressing for the Oscars, we could look
for them on the red carpet. Understandably they don't divulge that information.
We know the A-list stars are dressed by the designers themselves so it is
the up and coming that benefit from the #Armi inventory at a fraction of the
retail price. Genius since no one wears a red carpet gown twice.
